Looking For A Great Cruise Holiday?

First time cruiser here – scheduling a honeymoon trip from Miami middle of May 2019. For roughly the same price I seem to be able to choose between balcony room on the Carnival Conquest or Norwegian Breakaway. It’s a 7 night cruise and considering we have zero Caribbean experience, I suspect we’re going to enjoy all of the ports of call no matter which ones they are. The similar prices are likely basic prices with no food/drink options included from what I can gather. So – can anyone shed some light on why we should choose one over the other?
