Norwegian Cruise – Priority + Vibe question
So we are suckers and purchased the priority pass for our first cruise (actually not a bad deal as it includes $50 for each of us off of a massage which we were already going to do and better breakfast to our room). But our cruise is sold out and we would like the vibe pass. What time should we arrive to be at the front of the lines (assuming we are behind Haven, etc)? Thanks!
