Costa Maya – Maya Chan Beach – Sargassum
I am headed on the Carnival Breeze on June 15th. Last stop is Costa Maya and because of the great reviews on r/cruise I booked Maya Chan Beach for my family of 4. The owners have been great about being upfront about the massive amounts of sargassum washing up on their beaches. They are offering full refunds for anyone concerned about the problem. Has anyone been in the last few weeks? How bad is it? I’m worried if the kids can not play in the water at the beach they may not enjoy the stop. Plan B would probably be
