Priceline trying to fuck us over on Cuba cruise
My wife and I were supposed to sail to Cuba over Thanksgiving on RCCL. As everyone knows, that has now been changed and we’re being offered free cancellation or 50% off. As appealing as the discount is, the sole purpose of the cruise was to see Cuba, so we will be cancelling. However, we booked through Priceline and when we called today to let them know our intentions, they said they will not be able to refund our $25 booking fee and will also charge us a $100 cancellation fee, but will give us a $100 credit towards future cruises
