Neighborhood Balcony or Oceanview Balcony?
I’m in the process of booking Harmony of the Seas for our fifth year wedding anniversary this September. I have the choice between a neighborhood balcony guarantee where they’ll place us in one of the neighborhoods or I can upgrade and choose my cabin.
