Price drop 'refund' if you've only paid a deposit?
Put a deposit down on a Sept 19 Alaskan cruise directly with Princess a couple months ago for my parents. (~$280) The price has dropped to the point as to where it would be cheaper to buy the exact same cruise and lose the deposit.
