Anyone have experience with RC’s Royal Up program?
We just got an email saying we were invited to participate in the Royal Up program, where you can bid to upgrade your stateroom. We put a bid in for $150 per person to upgrade to a balcony room on the Navigator of The Seas in May. Anyone ever have success bidding? When do you let you know if your offer is accepted?
