I'm searching for my biological grandfather that worked on the Holland America Line in 1962-1965
My naam is Daan and I’m from the Netherlands. My father hasn’t known his father all his life, because his father left him and my grandmother (his mother) found a new man. He supposed to live in Bari. The other day we talked about this for a long time and came to the conclusion that we would like to try and find him. After a lot of emailing and calling with the Italian embassy in the Netherlands and the town hall in Bari, we didn’t get any better. That’s why we booked a plane ticket to Bari for 4 days
