Cuban Cruise Questions
We are taking our first cruise to Cuba, and have a few questions (I tried to search first, but came up with nothing): 1) I know it is better to exchange your USD’s to EUROS in America first, then to CUC’s in Cuba to save on the exchange fees, but is it illegal to buy other people’s CUC’s who have been there before and have left over funds? I can’t imagine it is. I feel like that would be a win-win if I found someone who had extra CUC’s to sell. And then sell MY extra CUC’s to someone who
