Booked a cruise, paid and now need to cancel or change.
We(GF and I) booked a cruise back in Nov. 2018 on Royal Carribean through a 3rd party. It leaves Port June 23, so we are just over 90 days out. Come to find out that the people we are going with changed their minds because of the price, and I only agreed to go because of the people that would be joining us. This means that we want to either switch to the cruise that they are going on (which is CONSIDERABLY cheaper), or just cancel outright with a full refund. Does anyone have any tips for dealing
