Swollen feet from going on a cruise?
Hi there! New to this community and was wondering if anyone has ever experienced swelling in their feet or ankles during a cruise. I’m just getting back from a cruise to the Caribbean and I noticed my left foot and lower ankle are pretty swollen. Wondering if this has to do with the salt water, salty food, booze, a combination?
