Onboard Credit on Celebrity
Can anyone confirm from prior experience that Celebrity onboard credit received as a result of a best rate guarantee isn’t applied until you are onboard? This is what I was told by customer service, but I find it odd that it doesn’t show up on the invoice I just received. Right now, only the pre-cruise onboard credit shows up on both the invoice and the vacation planner. When I cruised with them years ago, it showed up online.
