Is Royal Caribbean’s online experience always this terrible?
I’m cruising with RC for the first time on 3/8 and wow could their online experience be any worse?! My sister checked us in online, so I have to go back in to add my credit card as payment since she didn’t have my card number when she did it. If I log in to my account and try to update check I either get an error page or a message that says “check in paused” so I called and they said to log out and do the online check in instead. Then I either get a not found error
