Charleston to Havana on Carnival Sunshine booked. Price keeps going up, and questions about People to People.
This is our first cruise. A group of friends are doing the cruise mentioned above in May 2020. About a week after booking I get an email from Carnival that states if we want to get off of the boat in Havana it will be an additional $100+ Visa fee. About a week later, I get another email stating we have to book an 8 hr excursion with carnival, costing over $200/pp on avg or we won’t be allowed off of the boat. Is this typical?
