cruising on Apr 22 on Carnival
I am willing to buy an upgrade to a balcony (got an email in Dec FROM CARNIVAL (even though I used a TA) offering one for a small price but it was close to Christmas and we weren’t sure…) On Carnival’s website right now, the price for a balcony is less than the TA’s website.
