Celebrity Best Rate Guarantee
Hi, everyone! I completed a best rate guarantee claim for our cruise and received an email (yesterday afternoon) that it was granted. However, the onboard credit is yet to be deposited despite the email saying it had been applied. I tried calling tonight but couldn’t wait on hold any longer. Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes to receive onboard credit in these cases? I did multiple best rate guarantee claims on our last cruise, but they refunded our credit card instead of giving us 110% of the difference in onboard credit. These refunds showed up right
