Gratuities question
My girlfriend and I are going on a cruise a few months from now (MSC) and I’m wondering is it possible to alter the gratuity amount? I know you can not pay it all together but that’s not what I would like to do. Another question I have is for people who have opted to not pay the gratuity did you notice a difference in the service you received from staff?
