Problem with virtual balcony on Royal Caribbean Harmony of the seas?
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue. We booked an interior room with a virtual balcony under the impression that we would have a visual and audio component (as we read online). However, after boarding the ship, it seems like there’s only a visual and no audio (despite there being a remote with audio controls on it). We were really looking forward to ocean like white noise from the virtual balcony, and are super disappointed about this.
