Bad experience with RCCL. Help.
I booked my first cruise with RCCL but my final payment date hasn’t come yet. I’ve had an AWFUL experience with RCCL’s customer service. I was blamed for a problem they caused. I’ve tried reaching out to them to express my concerns, it hasn’t gone well. Not really comfortable handing RCCL money at this point. Any insight for or against Royal?
