We recently went on a cruise on Holland America to Alaska [Nieuw Amserdam]. Our vacation was ruined because of an incident that happened to my mom on-board the ship. This unfortunate was not caused by Holland America but by another guest. However, Holland America did not do it’s job in the aftermath of the incident. […]

I’m looking at doing a cruise this October with Princess, Celebrity Cruises or Holland America – probably a round-trip of Japan or a China/Japan mix.
