Carnival or NCL to Mexican Riviera?
I’m planning to take another Mexican Riviera cruise in either late April or early May, but I’m not sure whether to choose the Norwegian Joy or the Carnival Panorama. I’m 22 but will be traveling with my parents. I like some of the features and rooms on the Joy (like the observation lounge and VR Arcade), but it seems there’s a lot of surcharges for everything which I dislike, Carnival seems more inclusive on top of a much cheaper ticket price (am I wrong?)
