Looking For A Great Cruise Holiday?

Hi guys, ​ Any tips for this route? I’m departing on March 2020, the cities are Ocho Rios, Georgetown, Cozumel and Ocean Cay. I think the docking/departing times on each city are 9am and 4pm, with the exception of Ocean Cay, which we’re spending the whole day. What are the best ways to spend time on those places? I’m more a nature/explorer kind of guy, but my grandma is going along, so any good tips are appreciated!! ​ I heard it’s best to not buy tour packages with MSC, as they are extremely overpriced and locals offer the same kinds
