How Holland America cruise line played a part in ruining our vacation…
We recently went on a cruise on Holland America to Alaska [Nieuw Amserdam]. Our vacation was ruined because of an incident that happened to my mom on-board the ship. This unfortunate was not caused by Holland America but by another guest. However, Holland America did not do it’s job in the aftermath of the incident. Here’s the story… The incident happened on the 3rd day of the cruise. While walking to Breakfast on Lido deck [deck 9], my mom [Age: 67] was pushed by another guest and she had a fall resulting in severe knee pain, shoulder and joint pains.
