Carnival – does rescheduling a cruise within 60days incur the same penalty as cancelling?
My travel agent is off on Mondays so I cant call to ask. My family is going to a London trip same time as when I am cruising. I want to go since flights are cheap but then I’d have to reschedule my cruise to a future date.
