Disembarking early in Puerto Rico.
Hi, So I booked a trip on July that departs from Florida and disembarks in Florida from Carnival. For personal reasons It would be better if I can disembark early in San Juan, Puerto Rico. (I’m a Puerto Rican citizen) I called Carnival’s costumer services to see if I could make the request to disembark early but the agent just said no and laugh on the phone. Puerto Rico is no on the PVSA, so the ship would not be violating the act. I can’t cancel the cruise, I didn’t put insurance on it, and the agent said it doesn’t
