Booking Whale Watching through the cruise vs. an outside party
I am cruising to Alaska via Holland America next month and I really want to book a whale watching tour. I’m comparing the cost of booking it through the cruise line vs. a third party (Vacations to Go) vs. an actual touring company in Juneau. The third option is by far the cheapest, I’m just wondering if anyone has booked a tour outside of the cruise and how it went for them.
