Looking For A Great Cruise Holiday?

Wife and I are jumping on the Harmony of the Seas for our second cruise this February. Our first one was to Western Caribbean on Carnival so this is expecting to be totally different (mainly due to the cruise line.) I am still looking into what to do in those places but what are your recommendations? I know people usually want our interests but we are pretty much open to doing anything.
