Avoid NCL Dawn May 2019 – 1/5 stars
We just got back from the NCL dawn and it was a huge letdown vs. Carnival valor especially in the food department. NCL does a much better job on entertainment but everything else was sub-par in terms of drinks, price, organization, customer service, quality of the ship ( it was shaking significantly even in calm waters). We flew to Miami from Houston to try NCL because of our friends and it was seriously disappointing. It was the worst dining experience I’ve had on a cruise ship.
