What happens if cruise is cancelled?
I’m about to book an Arctic cruise on the Ioffe, which hit a rock up there last year. (No one was hurt.) What happened to those passengers, who were flown home early on a special flight? Did they have to pay extra for that flight? Or, did they get a partial refund? What about the passengers on the following cruises, which were presumably cancelled? This sort of problem is surprisingly common. I once had an enjoyable problem-free cruise on the Orlova, which however had multiple problems during its career.
