DIY excursions?
Hey there! My partner and I just booked our first cruise to celebrate our 10th anniversary in December 2020. We decided on a Western Caribbean cruise with stops in Grand Cayman, Mahogany Bay, Belize, and Cozumel. I’m wondering, though, do we absolutely have to book the excursions to do things like visit ruins, snorkel, and go to the beach? We would honestly rather catch a ride to the ruins and explore them ourselves, or bring our own snorkeling gear and snorkel on our own rather than go with a large group with a tour guide. And as for the beach…
