Whats with the recommendations to stay on ship when in Jamaica?
Was looking at the carnival group page on FB and I see alot of people recommending to stay on the ship vs a excursion. I mean I get Jamaica maybe the least safe compared to Cozumel and Cayman but your paying to visit these Caribbean ports. Feels like a waste if you dont want to explore. Alot of the complaints I see is panhandling and being offered weed.
