We were due on the Oasis transatlantic which you probably all know was recently cancelled due to the ship getting damaged whilst in dock for maintenance. So we got our money back and FCC and she was sorting out getting the flights changed and claiming the change fee back from Royal and was getting very confused on the phone to the air company. Turns out whilst booking the flights she had inadvertantly booked them for that day (this was back in October) she must have made an adjustment to the booking and not noticed that the website had defaulted back
