Done with Carnival
I’m not sure what others’ experience has been, but Carnival has harassed me to the point that I’ll never cruise with them again. I sailed on the Horizon last November and since then it’s been constant emails, texts and phone calls about specials and upcoming cruises. I expected some of this but I didn’t expect an inbox full of junk and a weekly call from my “personal cruise consultant.” I finally had enough and told her to take me off the list and she hung up on me without another word.
