Anyone tried out these mesh network extenders on a cruise ship?
https://www.allhomerobotics.com/gotenna-mesh-vs-beartooth/ These types of things. If these work then it pays for itself in just one cruise and allows your part to coordinate with text msgs. I could care less about facebooking or whatever, but being able to communicate with the rest of your party would be handy. I was thinking you get one of these for each person with a phone and then setup a spare one that you hang near your window, or outside your door or on your balcony. Just not sure how well would actually work on/in a giant metal ship. 🙂 submitted by
