In the past 20 years, cruise ships and their offerings have significantly evolved. This year marks the 20 year anniversary of when Royal Caribbean launched the Voyager of the Seas, the first cruise ship with an ice rink and promenade in the centre of the ship. It also marks the 10 year anniversary of the Oasis of the Seas, which was really groundbreaking for the industry, introducing the neighbourhood concept (Boardwalk and Central Park at sea) Aqua shows, Rising bars, Zip Line, Loft Suites and much more.
