Norwegian “Booksafe Insurance” a scam
My wife and I recently went on a NCL cruise in December 2018. My mother in law was supposed to come along with us (her first cruise ever) and unfortunately she got really ill (diagnosed as the flu) the day before the trip and had to cancel. She purchased the Norwegian Cruise “Booksafe Insurance” straight from the cruise line website which states she would be able to cancel the trip “due to unexpected illness”.
