First time booking myself and I was looking for some help
Hey everyone so I have been on cruises in the past many times but have never actually booked one myself. Me and my girlfriend are looking at going on one around the second week of April. Either the carnival horizon/vista or the NCL bliss or escape. Roughly speaking where is the best place to book, and when is the best time to book. It seems for example the horizon ship is on sale right now quite a bit and so I was curious because the NCL ones are not on sale very much. So should we wait and book or
