Food allergy accomodations
Last year I had an amazing time in the Caribbean. I went for a week. I went alone. I had a blast. This year I’ve determined that my daughter is old enough and well behaved enough that I will be taking her with me. The problem is that she has Celiac disease and absolutely must follow a gluten free diet or she’ll be violently ill. Do cruise ships accommodate people with Celiac disease? I know that she can still probably safely eat a variety of food from the Windjammer, but what about in the onboard restaurants and dining rooms. I
