NCL Upgrade Advantage
This thread has probably come up numerous times..but I’m curious how often the “upgrade advantage” offers are actually accepted? I bid the lowest from Inside to balcony, because I wasn’t exactly sure how it all worked and how likely it was that my offer would be accepted.
