Where are my check-in details?
We booked our first cruise with Celebrity here in Italy months ago. We booked through an agent. It’s now only 67 days left from the start of the cruise but we don’t have any check-in details, like where to show up and when? I only know the cruise starts in Hong Kong on February 16th 2019. I logged in on the Celebrity website but there is no information there either. Should we contact our agent or Celebrity support directly? Is this normal that we have no these basic details? It’s our first cruise, we feel these things should be communicated
